Bunny Bubble Bath

"Cosmetics, much like people, make their first impressions in many different ways. Some products have beautiful fragrances, eye-catching designs or vivid colours, others get noticed through well-thought out packaging, celebrity endorsements and word of mouth." Credit to Jen's blog "All Things Lush"

This product has more than one thing going for it. It''s an adorable bunny with the shared fragrance of Rockstar Soap (vanilla candy) that permeates whichever room it's in, and has the Lush name behind it. Lush brought out the "Bunny Bubble Bar" for it's Easter line (no longer available, sorry). It took me so long to finally get to trying it, so I can only just now post this review.
Bubble bars are to add scented bubbles to your bath. This bubble bar is unique in that it has a bath melt in the middle of it, an essential oil packed melt to make your bath moisturizing. Since only it's outer layer is bubble bar, using half of it is probably the best for getting an actual bubble bath.
The pink layer inside turns your bath pink and is filled with blue cornflower petals.Blue cornflower petals are used as an astringent, so it's calming for your skin.
I'd say the smell and cuteness is enough to sell me. It's a reoccurring product for Lush's Easter Range, so it'll most likely come back again next year. The Comforter bubble bar is a comparable option for all year round. Lushies have found a billion ways to use bubble bars. I usually like to split mine into thirds, then I them in the toes from a pair of old nylon stockings to get rid of fall out and hang them under the tap.
